Yippee - we nearly made it, yep TGINF!! :cheerleaders:

It's been a long week, but the end is nigh!!

B Decaff protein coffee (30)
S Yogurt (10)
S Cheese (15)
L Chicken curry (30)
S Red pepper & houmous (10)
D Chicken Kiev?? (25)
Protein total (120)
F 72+
V All in (inc 7 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending
 
B#1 Yogurt/butter coffee
B#2 2 eggs/3 pieces of bacon
L: Made a "salad" with a bit of broccoli as the base, added cheese, deli ham, a hard boiled egg and drowned it in full fat dressing.
S: Chocolate covered coconut (it was the fruit not the chocolate that made me RANK!)
D: Ham and 1/2 cup broccoli with butter
S: Mini crab cakes
S: Cocktail type hotdogs (damned dog stole one)

Well, the last time I was over at my daddy's for lunch, I got a salad, left off the lettuce since I seldom eat that anyway. It was mostly cheese, bacon bits, and hard boiled egg slices so I figured why not make one here.
 
it is NOT almost over - I always work Saturday!! :mad1:

today started out with no exercise - lord, I could barely get showered and to work on time - but I am on track with my water and I got through work without killing anybody too much stress
