Hi all, we nearly made it - yep TGINF!! :party4:

I didn't get enough protein in today and have been hungry most of the day. I'm maintaining now and for anyone looking this amount of carbs I have, this isn't the recipe for losing. Early out I used to get awful gas and that kept me on the straight and narrow for the first 6-12 months until I was in the healthy range.

B Decaff protein coffee (30)
S Yogurt (10)
L Macaroni cheese (35)
S Cheese (10)
D Sausages (20)
Protein total (105)
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending

I am over my coffee limit again, curse it.

doing OK on water but only because...well, just because. but only half a cup.

:coffeebreak:

B #1, Yogurt/butter coffee
B #2, Egg/sausage/cheese croissant (Jimmy Dean brand)
L: Keilbasa & potaoes, ate all the keilbasa in it and left half the potatoes
S: Protein bar (Only had 4 sugar alcohols which is about my daily limit)
D: Ham, 1/2 of a cheese & bacon loaded twice baked potato, fried okra
S: Slice of fried (in butter) cheese with about 7 popchips

Vites, done

So what is Keilbasa? I thought it was some sort of flavoring.

I'll have to take the plunge and try some when the opportunity arises. Generally the Polish sausages are pitted against good old fashioned British bangers and the bangers win (staff canteen has offered them on occasion and it's one or the other).

BTW in case you're not familiar with the UK meaning of banger, it's a sausage

My one time partner lived in the UK til he moved to South Africa and got married. And I spent a couple of vacations there while serving in the army.

So yeah, I'm familiar with bangers and mash.

Ok I'm going to join the daily thread and post when I can. I am on the west coast so they will be late or next day.
