Yay, we nearly made it again - TGINF!! :D

I have sleep and lunch in a restaurant with DH and MIL one day this weekend, so that'll be fun.

B Protein coffee (30)
S Cheese (10)
L Macaroni cheese (35)
D Fish fillet (25)
Protein total (100)
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending
 
Finally...worked today so it was ALL off kilter. We help dh's cousin (she's a health/p&c agent with her own business). She needed stuff entered into the computer.
Anyway...
B: Egg & half a cup of steel cut oatmeal drowning in better
S: Yogurt
L: Pot roast
S: Deviled egg
D: Beef fajita (home made)
S: Baked cheese sticks
S: 3 dill pickles

Vites, all done

Sadly I can't touch oats as they bloat me badly. That's a pre-DS issue though... oh how I miss the occasional piece of flapjack
