DS journey update #4 - Surgery date scheduled!

Got an e-mail from Dr. Rabkin's office this morning that they received the approval and offered a surgery date of 1/14/16....yaaayyyy! I replied back that that will be fine and also willing to accept a sooner date if any cancellations arise. I cannot WAIT to be on the L-bench!
