We put in a cat door for the pool house when it was built. We had to lock it after a raccoon got into the pool house. Now our cats are all indoor cats (except for the still-missing Loki ), so we don't need it.

We have Possums, Wild Turkeys, Stray Cats, Skunks, and lots of Rodents.The door goes into the garage so no danger of unwelcome varmints. It's leftover from a dear sweet old dog who couldn't "hold" it all day while we worked. Cat box is kept out there which is great.

"Cat Box" at our house was renamed "Cookie Jar" because that's what our yorkies thought it was. We almost never had to clean it. Saved a lot on dog food.
