I got someone who had been taking these to grab a photo shot of the ingredient list.

@Larra this should make it easier to compare.
Right off the bat, I see the wrong kind of A. It needs to be Palmitate NOT Beta Carotene. Magnesium needs to be citrate not sulfate.
 
And they got the type of calcium right, but 1000 mg at a time means about half will be wasted. Among other problems.

And while we are all individual (which is one of the many problems with this product) I would be toxic for zinc on 3 scoops/day of this. I take only 50 mg 3 times/week because my zinc was too high on 4 times/week.

Just like panty hose, vitamins are not a one size fits all products. It is necessary for all of us to individualize our vitamin regimen, and there is no way to do this with any product that rolls everything into one pill or scoop.
 
Too many people see the word bariatric and assume it's just right for them. And if doesn't help that docs are pushing this stuff either!
