everyone knows there are simple balance exercises we should all be doing regularly, right? including me.

because "balance" is made up of more than one thing, and some of those things (like strength) can absolutely be improved with practice.

I can strengthen my core, what I can’t fix is the neurons in my head. My essential tremors have those messed up. Movement Disorders Doctors are just in recent years discovering that ET affects balance. Not just our ability to write, eat, etc.

The last time I had my ear crystals realigned, I was given some exercises to do. I need to quit procrastinating. I do not want another fracture.
