Dammit - eye thing was supposed to be just a reassurance visit - turns out to be more than I thought. I'm tired of eye stuff going wrong! It will probably be fine - but I need to be careful for a while and hope I don't get another retinal tear. But I don't think there was any prohibition against exercise
