Every town has ambulance chaser attorneys who will take a case if they think they can shake a settlement out of the insurance carrier. You just need to do some digging. If Brian is only looking for a modest settlement, rather than millions, it may be possible. But, he would have to want to and it doesn't sound like that's what he wants. Understandable.
