tricare and the DS

has tricare come on board yet and allow the DS?

They are my secondary insurance and covered as long as my primary, Anthem BS, deemed surgery medically necessary. That was in 2012.

Nope, not as primary.

In 2010 even after my appeal the under secretary of Tricare they denied the ds part of the claim. They were the third payor.
