I think that Dr. K still wants the DSFacts site to be the constantly updated compendium of information - he's been doing a number of thing besides surgery these days, and has not been able to spend as much time as he would like on the DSFacts, but he is working on it.

If I could figure out how to get paid for this that was worth all the trouble of being liable for information that doesn't work for someone, as well as the work itself, I might think about it.

Liable? People put out recommendations all the time. Just explain you're not a doctor, but a 13-year patient with a scientific background and then give a standard disclaimer. With that, I don't think there would be any actionable basis. You can also make yourself an LLC to protect yourself.

Mark you do know that Diana is a practicing attorney, right?
