Medicare doesn't preapprove. And I have two part b plans to cover post Medicare. So no problem except tell me the. Rules. what hoops does one need to jump through now a days.
When I was pre op I went through all the hoops, and over all the mountains including a hearing before the under secretary for Tricare on a appeal to get my D S from them that was sponsored by my congressman. Aetna sent me to to different surgeons due to network issues. 5 years. and I had all the I s dotted, now I have someone new to start with.
