Shocked, I tell you, shocked! We got an e-mail from our auto insurer informing us of a one-time refund on our premium. They stated that since most of us have probably cut down on our driving, they'll be issuing all policy holders $50.00. A compassionate move or shrewd strategy to inspire loyalty? It doesn't matter as I've have my policy with them for years and it never occurred to me to switch. Really, I think they're all pretty much alike.

Has anyone else heard of a company giving their customers support during this mess?

Yes, several. Ours did the same thing, slightly differently. We pay ours monthly. We will get a 20% reduction on premiums for two months.

But then we also get dividends as the company is owned by the members. Depends on how long you’ve been a member. I’m at either year 38 or 39 next month. At 40, I get a big jump in how much is returned to me.

nothing from insurance but I got extra internet from my phone for two months, so I could use it as a hotspot if I want.

I don't need that but it's a freebie and a nice idea!

what I want is a discount from my health insurance since my scheduled yearly physical and my teeth cleaning were both cancelled! I pay for these things and can't get them!

My dental cleaning was also cancelled (and more importantly my hair appointment!). My internet wifi went out and I had to use my phone as a hotspot for a work Zoom meeting. I had a happy surprise that Verizon gave me 15 gigs free.

I heard about this. I searched and found Farm Bureau is doing it, but I have had no word from them yet!

Our kids student loan pmts have been paused 6 months. We all got extra gigs on our phones. No small business help yet. No unemployment. Kids are all essential so are still working. They are paying their student loans, rent, car, etc. as usual.
