Back to work week after having the summer off. Eating on the go is more of a challenge than I would like. I need to find high protein easy to carry foods. Lazy summer is over.

Included a few days of exercise (yay, me!) and living life. Have a good week everyone!

Yay! That is a nice number. 150 was also a major milestone for me. I hope it is for you since you are close.

Been bouncing around between 146 and 149 for about a month. It's time for the step function step down. :)

Have a good week all.

Yes, below 150 is a huge milestone. I have actually begun to accept that I am done losing weight -- what do I know?!

Your goal is also within reach @galaxygrrl

Jerky is probably the easiest.

Good going!

Doing good.

Another week sitting on this 131 stair step!

I had someone ask me this morning if I've lost more weight recently, that it looked like I had. I smiled and said, no not really.
Yes!!!
You may be adjusting inches.

Staying steady now for the past 4-6 weeks, but feeling great. A lot of traveling. Actually got hung up a bit in customs coming back from Canada this past week due to a non-recognizable passport photo. Which was a bit amusing. The agent actually had me remove my glasses and puff up my cheeks and still said he couldn't see it- I take it as a compliment but think it's time to update the ID.

Yes! What a difference, your profile pic here is out of date too! My DL is up in Oct and even though I could do through mail and have the same pic I'm going in to renew and having a new picture taken.

Both of our goals are within reach!

150 was the big milestone for me. Much bigger than Onederland. I knew I would get to Onederland, I did not know i would get to 150. Now, that elusive, 135 :)

I'm starting to look a little boney in the face, neck, and upper part of my body at 151. I am a pear shape and tend to carry my weight in my hips and legs. I hope my weight redistributes soon. I'm going to look very boney looking if the weight continues to come off the top half of my body. I need that LBL stat!
