Nope, actually because of the smoke in the area, less active at least outside.Whoa! That is a big loss! Were you more active this past week? Good for you.
Good for you!LW: 151
TW: 150
My mind set has changed away food and scale watching and more toward maintenance and enjoying life. I really feel as though I am in the process of recovering from obesity, rather than just losing weight again.
That is great.LW: 165.5
TW: 163.8
Down 1.7 lbs
Feeling good. Really good for the first time in over 2 years. Just now realizing how not well I felt for so long.
Good going.LW 245 which was first loss after a 3 week stall

I suspect the 3 lb drop isn't real, so I'm not going to be too excited about it unless I maintain it next week. My evening and morning business yesterday and today seemed a bit more productive than normal, which I imagine is why it showed up on the scale this way.
I'm ~18mo out and down from 350 to holding steady in the 150s. When I started this journey I thought I'd be totally satisfied to hit and hold around 195-200 and here I am trying so hard to just get 2 more pounds off so I can say I've lost 200 lbs. crazy how the expectations change once you actually start to experience the transformation. I am sure I will experience some regain as I move out of the honeymoon period so I'm going to enjoy every pound off (even if it is just for a day after a good poop )
Good going.Lots of losses this week for the crew, way to go, everyone!
I've stayed the same, again. 131 for a few now.
Still doing good.LW 147

Still bouncing the same three pounds
Which is why I weigh once a week.I found this article on weight fluctuation useful, "What happens when you weigh yourself 15 times in one day?"
During the day she goes from 133 to 138 pounds. My new rule of thumb is to not take the bouncing scale too seriously. It is only serious when it approaches 4-5 pounds and the number stays steady.
Sorry about your chest infection. Dh had a nasty cough which he tried a traditional route. I finally suggested the hot toddy. http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-bourbon-cough-syrup-for-79030 It worked.LLLW 66.5kg (146.6lbs)
TW 67.0kg (147.7lbs)
Been bouncing around, like many others. The chest infection was pretty nasty and knocked me on my arse (still have a bad cough). Very happy given I've eaten crap for the last 2-3 weeks...was expecting a big jump.
