I did get to 166.5 for a couple days then popped back up, I was 168.5 for most of the week. But this style of bouncing is normal for me. Things are otherwise good.
Not since I cleaned up my act a month ago. I popped down to 139. Would have loved to lose about 3-4 lbs more.you are on your low end, Liz, good for you! doing anything different?
