Good going. Keep healing. Wish I had a flat stomach but not in the cards.Last time: 162

Thankfully I lost the #17 pounds of fluid from hernia surgery and have returned to my starting weight. It feels amazing to have a flat stomach and a waist. I am so looking forward to wearing skirts and tucking in my shirts.

Still pretty hot but I've been going to the gym and walking on the treadmill. I think I'll add swimming too. The pool is right next to us so there really is no excuse not to...
I love to camp. Steve not so much "I've slept in the dirt enough" He's a retired Marine. We have an air mattress but I still can't convince him
Have a good week all

Good for you. Stay cool if you can.
Technically we are camping but it's as far from an air mattress as one can get. I'm sitting in a recliner, doing laundry in my machines before putting the tripod we have on the front hitch if the fifth wheel. Dishes went into the dishwasher, and the bed is a king with a 10 inch coil mattress special ordered. We had a foam but my back hated it. Lasted 2 months with it. And the Sleep Number for an RV king was too expensive.
You could say we are glamping not camping!
This was taken during the weigh in of the axels (optional) at the start of the Heartland Rally in Goshen. The rig alone is just under 42 feet and weighs 18,000 lbs (loaded with our stuff). (that's heavy for a fifth wheel).
Our model is the Charleston. https://www.heartlandrvs.com/brands/luxuryfw/landmark-365

Been off enjoying my summer vacation! Took a road trip to El Paso with the three oldest grandkids. After 10 days in the intense heat of the desert southwest, it was great to see them truly appreciate where we live. Driving up the mountain road, we opened all the windows and the sunroof and soaked in the cool mountain air, commented on the deep blue sky and beautiful pine trees. All three said, "It's so good to be back home!" Sometimes you need to get away to appreciate what you have!
I continue to be amazed that my weight stayed the same! While I still make sure to focus on my protein and am diligent with my supplements, I did pretty much eat whatever I wanted. Life is good!
School starts on Tuesday. Baaahhhh!
Thanks...downsizing to 430 sq feet was a challenge and I am still purging but it has been great. We have to remember, we are NOT on vacation...we are living full time in this so it's for the long haul. That RV is the coolest thing on wheels!
Not sure what to tell you.LW - 150
