Staying put works.
I know that's higher than you want. Just keep at it.

Hotter then hades.
Hanging in there. Staying hydrated?
Hotter than Hades is why we are north of 45degrees latitude. Woke up to 50 this morning and hot is low to mid 80's.

TW: 176.8 (+.9 lbs)

I need to be more focused on protein and cut back the carb invasion. Bread is my kryptonite.
Yeap, carb creep is dangerous. If you must have carbs, make them as close to the animal as possible (yogurt, cheese, etc)

Hi.

CW: 187 this morning which is a BMI of 24.

I am bouncing between 185 and 188 which is a pretty decent weight for me and my strength is much better. I would say my strength is about 75% of normal which is immensely better than most of the last 18 months.
Sounds like your weight and energy are headed in the correct direction.

I do feel like they are heading the right way. I really don't want to gain anymore weight as I like where I am at, but I do want to gain some weight. If I can get the gut settled in just a tad better I can start weight training to build some muscle back.

Spent the week in VT enjoying some gorgeous weather, and delicious food! Would have liked to see the scale reflect the excessive qty of exercise that occurred over the week, but I won't complain with a steady week.
