I’ve been in contact with Dr K about my GI issues (e.g. loss of appetite, stomach pain, nausea, struggling to gain weight) and the next step is an EGD; however, can’t be done at a hospital-based center. I’m waiting to find out if my insurance will cover an EGD in So Cal or if I have to go back to Seattle for one.

I made oatmeal raisin cookies this week and it was delicious and yet painful to my guts. Did I stop eating them? NO!
