I actually got a weight of 124.6 when I took it after 2 cups of decaf and before having a BM but that feels like cheating. I am now living in bizzarro-world where I want the scale to say as much as possible!
but it is a relief to know I can gain, even if I did it by adding a lot of food that I didn't even want to eat and that is unhealthy (I had way too many sweets this week).

I’m doing well, just busy. My weight is up and down about 4# for the past couple of months (115-119). I’ll take it. NSV: more energy, less depression, lots of changes professionally, better relationships personally and I got a cute puppy! Now I’m really busy. I hope everyone is doing well. Thanks for being here!

Been bouncing around. Jumped back up and now going down again. I find as I move down, I'll bounce back up 5lbs then slowly back down and then that becomes my new normal. I'm okay with this and I should be able to hit my 145 goal and stay there this time!
Just trying to find where I feel the best... I getting too many people asking me what I weigh, how much have I lost and don't I think I'm skinny enough... I have started asking them personal questions back, all but a few stopped in there tracks. Going to have to get pushier with the few take are not taking the hint.Good going.
