I remain at 153 and have also been eating tons of carbs - it's nice to know I don't seem capable of gaining any more just right now. and Spring is coming, that's always good.

I hate calcium too but it's not an option, we have to take it.
125 grams with about 80% malabsorption is like getting 25 grams pre-op...You will find your sweet spot...the point where calcium no longer constipates but you are also not having diarrhea.I am up to 125 grams minimum per day. I will add more today.
