LW: 134
TW: 130 ??!

I have not been exercising or making "better choices" over-all so I wonder if I am dehydrated this morning. it has been a stressful week, though.

it would be really dumb if I got back down to my lowest weight - the one where I bought an entire wardrobe of size 4 clothes? and then gave them away after regain.

WTG! No, not dumb but definitely unexpected. After all, hitting your low point and then going back up a bit is very common.
LW: 124.0
TW: 123.2
Good going.

No weigh in this week!

A busy week - had a wonderful meal with galaxygrrl in San Francisco, did two rounds of interviewing with a company there for a potential job, and saw a band I've loved since I was in my teens live for the first time in a complete fluke of timing and Facebook posts. I'm now in DC where I ended up having to deal with the cops at almost midnight last night when the code the homeowner for this housesit gave me didn't work and all of the alarms went off. All sorted now, though pretty stressful at the time! Did my best not to get shot.

(And if any of you are from Nebraska, I sat next to one of your awesome state senators on my flight.)

Looking forward to a lot of walking this week, between using the metro to get around and the touristy side of DC.

You sound like you had a great time in SF.
DC is awesome to visit and yes, you will get your walking in. Last visit, we did the National Zoo and managed over 17,000 steps in one day. That was in late 2014. We also visited Annapolis in 2014 where one of my uncles went to get his degree and Naval commission. I want to get back and visit the museums of the Smithsonian. It’s been over 20 years since I visited there.

Last week 310.2
This week 305.6

Adapting to being mostly decaffeinated (I'm still getting some go juice from my morning cup of decaf spiked with Chocolate protein powder apparently). Trying to whittle down carbs this week as well. Next week I have to be for reals low carb which I'm not looking forward to. I am looking forward to a reprieve from work. I've been counting down the days...

You are doing great. No, the really low carb before surgery isn’t fun but does help and you will survive.
