Yes it is. Part of why I do weigh weekly to catch the regain before it gets too far out of hand.
for some, maybe for most, I'm not sure but in my case it's been pretty easy. I don't even work sort of hard, let alone extremely hard like Munchkin does. I can't even believe the exercise she puts in!

No idea why I dropped this week. I was pretty good all week, but ate out a lot and had plenty o' junk with the trip for the meeting and staying awake for said meeting (which conveniently started at my bedtime).
Good going. You may actually be under 300 by the time you have surgery but even if you don’t, you’ve come a long way.

My weigh in day is Monday, it helps me stay on track over the weekend knowing I'm stepping on the scale first thing Monday morning.
