Hey Sue didn't you just have to have a angiogram? What is going on with Mr. sue if I'm not be to nosey. I meant to tell you I think it's great that you will be there for your daughter to help with the kid, Mr. Barb has heart disease and had a 6 by pass 11 years ago. I am sure he is a ticking time bomb because he won't go back to a cardiologist. Stubborn old man says he won't go through that again. He does see his PCP every 6 months for diabetes and high cholesterol.

Mr Sue had a heart attack at age 47. That was 15 years ago. So it was time for retesting him. And yeah, I had an angiogram a few weeks back. I have 50% blockage on one side, 60% on the other...but they don't do stents until 70%. So I can just be blocked for a while. LOL

But my guy is very good about doctor visits and fairly good about diet.

Tell that old fart to go get tested, unless he has enough money to make you a rich widow!

Well while I wouldn't want to wait to have stents at least you know. I know it could have been worse. At least now that you do know both you and the doctor will be watching it closely.
It is good to hear that Mr. Sue is keeping on top of things. I hope all turns out good with the angiogram. Please let us know when you have some results.

Mr. Barb was blocked at 97% on the main artery and 90% on the other. They call it the widow maker and the heart surgeon doesn't know how he made it to the hospital (on his way to work) in time before he actually had a heart attack. He only bruised his heart where the main artery came in. I told him what you said. It gave him a laugh.
He had a EDG in 2011 and that came back good but I still wish he would go to a cardiologist. Rich widow isn't going to happen.

Sue,

Wishing you the best on your upcoming relo and with the health issues. I love SoCal. We try to make it to San Diego / LaJolla / Carlsbad / LA once a year with the kids. I'm jealous of everyone that makes a life there!

:) Hil

so far I haven't even visited Southern California but I also envy you if you can make it work there. it's that crowded for a reason!
