Next task: both mommas trying to talk them out of a wedding on Pismo Beach. 200 miles from San Jose, wind, sand, the hassle of getting out to the dunes for the older people especially - no, just no.

They will be just as married if they fly to Reno. We did and are about to begin Year #43.

Hah! As if I will have any say in this - Chris is almost 33 and Jessie will be 34 in December. And since I hope they aren't expecting any significant monetary help with this wedding, I guess they get to chose if they're paying for it.
