RNY to Sleeve, WHY?

I don't get this. Lately I have seen several people seeking revisions. Why would you do this? Yes, I see that you could perhaps eat a little more normally but you wouldn't lose weight.

I suspect the people getting the sleeve to RNY were needing malabsoprtion to begin with and remember, MOST bariatric practices think the DS is horrid, causes all kinds of bad things (RNY can too but that's too "Captain Obvious")
 
I'm RNY to sleeve because my surgeon refused to do RNY to DS in one surgery. My RNY pouch was reversed and I have a sleeve until I'm fit for another surgery to get the DS.

The more you get put under anesthesia, the harder it is on your body. And every abdominal surgery substantially increases the chances of hernias and adhesions.
