Psych Evaluation

The coordinator at my surgeon's office submitted my band removal and revision to DS this week. Then she emailed me asking if I did another psych evaluation. My surgeon didn't request one. Should I make an appointment for one just in case? BCBSIL doesn't mention it in their revision requirements.

If you don't need to do it, why bother? It's up to either your insurer or the surgeon, not the coordinator.

I know. I got nervous because they called me today talking about it. I told her it's already submitted, so we'll wait and see.
