I don't have an official before but these are from this summer, I think I was about the same weight I was on surgery October 1st.

And this is from this morning at 6 weeks out. 20 lbs down, 40 to go.

How much did you weigh preop? What's your goal and height? You look great. Wow 6 weeks already done. You're losing fast like men do. @VDLT

Great job! I can definitely see a change!
Wish I could see the change in myself... but that, too, shall come :)
Keep up the great work!!

Thanks everyone! I notice it in my face and upper chest. I really get round face as I gain.

@Charris I am somewhere between 4'11" and 5' and my surgery weight was 195. I am 174-175 now and I set my goal for 135. I picked it arbitrarily. I weighed that after a "medical" program in college which consisted of 5 shakes adding up to 500 calories. I was walking about 5 miles five days a week and was only at that weight for a couple of months. I am now 42 and don't know if I even want to go that low but with the band I never really set a goal. I wanted to wear normal sizes and feel normal and when I got there I got complacent.

@BebeZed sometimes it is hard to notice on yourself because you see yourself all the time but I am sure you will whiz by me. Plus you have been swollen. Didn't you get a new belt? That is a sign that you are losing weight and can cinch girl! I have never worn a belt. Well, I had a job that required me to wear khakis and polos with a belt. So not me so I used one a couple of times but disregarded the dress code altogether the rest of the time.

Wow our story is pretty much the same. I'm 4'11.5. Starting was 227 although it has been 197 up until 45 days before surgery. I put my goal at 130 so if bounce back happens the most I should weigh no more than 140. I'm 25 months out so I might be done losing. I'll be 42 in July.

Yep, my son gave me his old belt and I tried it on for a lark and it fit. Not that I'll be wearing my shirts tucked in any time soon - I'm still way too big for that. But someday... :)

@Charris yes very similar. Highest ever for me was 212. After band went down to 150something and after some back and forth with fills settled around 160 for years. A total unfill a couple of years ago sent me back up to 200 or so. I would be thrilled to end up in the mid 140s. Is that where you are at?

My highest was 352 in 2000 b4 I had a distal bypass. I got to 118. I want to get down to 120-130 so that when bounce back happens the max weight that I would be would be 140. This last 2 weeks since getting the feeding, j tube, I've been bouncing around from 133 to 138. @VDLT
