Thanks, @newanatomy. The new one on top seriously blows my mind. I look SOOOO skinny to myself, hahaha. I know most people would not look at a 382 pound woman and think 'skinny!' but... perspective.

Honestly, not fabulous yet. I definitely can get around better, but still not pain-free - I had to stop taking my NSAID because my reflux is just so godawful right now I was willing to try anything to lessen it. I still have mornings where I wake up (or sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night) and immediately vomit from the reflux. It's pretty damned miserable, and I'm going to talk to my surgeon soon - but I'm scared he's going to suggest that the RNY is the only solution to fix it, which is absolutely NOT what I want to hear. I never, ever wanted the RNY under any circumstances. I'm hoping against hope there's some other solution.

Here's the newest one. I was going to wait until I got to 250 pounds lost (only 10 pounds away now!) but I ended up having to make the last time I wore this dress the LAST time (falling off too much in the back as it's too big now) so I had hubby take a pic, and then remembered this previous pic I had. Couldn't resist doing a comparison.

@more2adore, you are such an inspiration to me! The pic is great - there is no comparison! You look great. One other thing I notice too is that in the first pic, I bet you are leaning on the fence because that back or legs (or both) hurts. In the after pic you are standing there!
