Polyethylene glycol 3350, the only ingredient in the above three products, works by "gently replenishing the water to your digestive system which helps naturally cause a bowel movement."

Using Amazon Prime as a price comparison:

MiraLAX $ 0.87 oz Ranked #1 in Laxatives
LaxaClear $ 0.40 oz 14
Clearlax $ 0.72 oz 5

I've been using LaxaClear, but my husband hates generics, so he got me MiraLAX and I noticed it is better. Less pain, faster healing and less taste. How can it be so different being made from the same stuff?

Also, I'm a little weary to try Clearlax, just because I don't want to experiment with such a delicate part of my body. Has anybody tried that?

Thanks in advance!

I used both Miralax and Laxaclear and noticed no difference at all, except for the price. Generics are often made by the same company that makes the name brand as a way to sell to all market segments anyway. I'm sticking with the Laxaclear.
