Not much to add, but it took forever for me to purchase because I hemmed and hawed and thought, do I want something ugly in my bathroom that looks like a child stool. The answer is yes, yes I do.

Without going into details, it speeds up the morning routine and limits repeat visits. It is also kinder and gentler on my lower anatomy.

The first few trips were a bit awkward. So, initial uses were one foot up and one down. Two weeks in, my hips have adjusted.

Anyway, if someone is on the fence about a Squatty Potty purchase, I recommend it!

The way our RV toilet is configured, I can put my feet up in a modified squat pretty comfortably, and I find myself doing so. I think it helps.

How did you decide which one to get (height)?

@Jbandmmomma, I think the guidance is to select a height based on the height of your toilet, but I purchased the standard/shorter version based on poor flexibility. I'm the type who falls onto my tuchus just thinking about going into a yoga pose...)
