IQ tests (and maybe an MMPI) for gun ownership?

On the IQ part:
My 43-year-old cousin (once removed) has Down Syndrome and recently learned to tie his shoes. He can legally buy a weapon. (And if he were to shoot somone, he would wonder why they don't get up again like in the cartoons he adores.)

Meanwhile, in the Sanity Screening Test Group:
On Saturday, Ammon Bundy’s mother, Carol Bundy, sent out an email to supporters asking for much-needed supplies for the dozen or so people still occupying the federal buildings at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. Among the critical items needed are French vanilla creamer, gaming supplies, Pall Mall Menthol 100s and Miracle Whip. Because you can’t have a proper government standoff without French vanilla creamer and Miracle Whip.

If all the like minded fuckwits just go there, and STAY there with theirownidiotselves, that would be great. I'm not sure how long they'd survive though, as that area is a bit tough. It's either HOT or COLD, and fairly arid. I'm not sure why anyone would be anxious to claim that area. I don't think even the Piautes want it back after our overgrazing, hunting, irrigation and drainage damage and just generally ******* it up.

If sending some creamer will keep them in one local spot that can be bombed, I may go Costco shopping today.

Gosh, rereading that makes it appear I'm on the grumpy side today. I am.
