Yay, we made it - happy hump day!! I'm declaring TGINF early as Friday is a holiday in the UK, sorry to those of you not holidaying, but I'm putting my happy face on!! :D

what holiday is it?

I have been doing GREAT today, but I feel really good. cut back to only 2 cups of coffee and that makes my day so much better.

good protein and no crap so far, didn't exercise yesterday or today but I am about to go walk the dogs.

in all, an excellent day.
