Happy hump day!! Well I did better than yesterday... which really wasn't that hard!!

The weather's getting reasonable, so I might start heading out for lunch again.

B1 Decaff Protein coffee (30)
B2 Sausages, eggs and bacon (25)
L Chicken breast salad (30)
S Yogurt (5)
D Chicken Kiev (size of a chicken breast) (30)
Protein total (120)
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending
 
make habit your servant! ( I read that somewhere)

today has been all low carb, but I had 12 bazillionty cups of coffee today and tonight might be difficult.

the weather is awesome, however. :shades_smile:
 
I feel like a bottomless pit today, head hunger is on HIGH. Tried to make good choices though...

B- quest bar- 20
S- end of leftover egg foo young- 16
S- almonds- 6
L- grilled chicken w/melted cheese- 27
S- prosciutto & mozzarella roll- 28
S- shake- 26
S- cheese cubes- 20
D- pork chop & a little broccoli- 26
Total- 169
