Food was the same today, but I decided to have a couple of hot chocolates... first time in 10 years and I went for 2!! I suspected it'd give me gas, but no, it cleared me out!! I had them about an hour before finishing work and boy did I drive home fast, so I now know about an excellent constipation cure... shame I wasn't constipated, he he!! :ROFLMAO:

B1 Protein coffee (30)
S Yogurt (5)
B2 Eggs & sausages (25)
L Chicken salad (35)
S Banana
D Chili w lotsa grated cheese (30)
Protein total (125)
F 72+
V All in (inc 8 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending
 
B- quest bar- 21
S- sausage queso dip- 30
L- steak & cheese- 30
S- pork rinds & yogurt dip (do pork rinds count?? *guess not, adding midnight snack)- 4
S- shake- 24
D- grilled chicken & cauliflower purée- 39
S- peanut butter- 8
Total- 156

No you can't count the protein from pork rinds as it's all collagen and we can’t absorb that. It's the same with protein shots, ie their protein isn't absorbable. It won't hurt you and is a free food for a DSer, just as fat is.
