Hey @JackieOnLine here you go!! :) I got lonesome on Thursday and then Friday the site was down for maintenance so I took a break!!

Anyways, I accidentally got the wrong flavor protein powder and got banana (I didn't find out until I was drinking it). Banana protein coffee works surprisingly well and makes a nice change!! :D

S 1/3 Protein bar(10)
L Chicken salad(30)

banana? well, OK.

today I only had a protein bar for breakfast and now I'm having coffee for lunch.
stupid, but I need coffee.

rest: pending. got up at 5:30 AM but didn't exercise. o_O
 
B#1 Yogurt/butter coffee
B#2 2 eggs/1 piece of bacon (had 2 on my plate, but one up for later)
L: Half an Italian sub and a bit of salad. I left most of the bread behind
S: Deviled egg
D: Chicken Quesadilla with LOTS of sour cream
S: Hot dog

I didn't get in lunch and am now having wine. huh.

work is sucking so bad I'm surprised my socks stayed on. :confused:
