Oh well, I think spring came and went (yesterday was lovely)... hard to tell when you're in an office all day, but it was very blustery when I stepped out several times today.

walked the dogs (some sun!!!)
not enough water but good on food, so far...
Now exercise is a good reason to have some fur babies... the main downside is what to do them in the rain. I think I'd be a total fair weather dog owner. I actually dog sat for a week one summer, the important word being SUMMER ;)
 
You're brave @Taterweight I'd not experimented with milk (read carbs not lactose here) that early out or done anything other than stevia as a sweetener... I was too afraid of the consequences!! :)

Only 17g in the yogurt and 13g in the lactaid, so I'm under 50 each day! :) I'm not using any sweetener at the moment because everything is still wonky and sickening sweet to me.
