Dry eye relief with our malabsorption?

I’m not sure where else to post this question.

My eyes are dry and burn. I use Zaditor allergy drops, Xiidra prescription drops, an eye wash when I first get up, ice packs before bed. Do other DSers suffer with dry eye? I have had autoimmune flares effect my right eye the last 5 years.

I’m working an intense amount right now which is not good but will be resolved by September hopefully.

Would a different supplement in my arsenal have any effect or is our malabsorption too much?

Do you sleep with your eyes open? My daughter does - she got relief from her dry eyes by wearing an eye mask at night.

I was diagnosed with dry eye about 2 years ago, my skin is also extremely dry regardless of the amount of fat I ingest. And about 5 months ago, I started getting dry mouth. So dry during the night, my mouth felt full of cotton balls. They are testing me for Sjogrens.
