Desperately seeking Diane Cox

@Sabrina Procell Roll your mouse over your name (upper right). Look on drop down list & click on conversations. Once you do that you'll see an option (also upper right)
'Start a new conversation'. Click on that. A new box will open. Under 'participant' begin typing Diana's name. It will fill in the rest for you. When you're finished with your message to Diana click on 'Start a conversation' at the bottom.

Might be because you have to type "Diana" and not "Diane."
