morning vites

sautéed onions, asparagus and mushrooms
2 eggs over easy
hollandaise sauce
1 hour elliptical trainer
2 liters water
1 sweet potato cut to fries and seasoned- put in oven
filet mignon pan seared then cooked in oven
night vites done
5 crackers-thick slices of brie
