I was just shopping a month ago. I hadn't lost any weight for a 3 weeks and needed some clothes for winter. Lo and behold I dropped 15lbs fast and now could drop another size. Tough huh? I'm waiting a bit longer - plus I'll need the room for insulated underwear cause I fricking freeze now :)

While thrift shopping is MUCH harder for a male, it's not impossible. You may want to stick with that route til you settle down some.

We JUST last year started buying clearance and sale items in regular stores. And both of us are almost 5 years out. Altho we just bought really cheap jeans for hubby while he was losing and usually just one pair as he went down in sizes.

Now, a tip...don't get rid of the smaller sizes just above your current size. After bounce back, you might be back in them. Editing to add: DH actually saw a 28 waist at his lowest. He's settled in about a 33. He typically gets 34's cause they are more comfortable. We got rid of the 28 and the 30's already...holding on to the 32's cause all he would need to do is lose about 10 lbs to get back to those.

Good on you!!!! :) You look so healthy. One thing that I noticed on top of the dramatic change in scale is that there is no longer any redness to your face, so I'm guessing you are experiencing lowered blood pressure. :) Well done!!!!
