Bydureon

Anyone on this medication? I do one injection/weekly. It's to help my system absorb insulin more efficiently. I'm wondering if anyone was on it, but was able to stop after WLS.

So yeah, I was on that med prior to my DS. It was not a favorite. I had large lumps under my skin at the injection sites that each took several weeks to dissolve, and they were pretty painful. I stopped Bydureon and Lantus about 2 weeks after surgery upon instruction from my Endocrinologist. I am 9 weeks out now, so still a newbie, but the labs show that the Diabetes is resolved.
