As far as I know, my issue is overprocessed white flours, sugar, etc...not Celiac disease, per se.
I can eat A LITTLE BIT of sourdough bread, but only the real fermented stuff. The other day, the sourdough must have been the wrong kind...bloating, hard as a rock gut in front...no fun.
And I try for lactose free dairy productswhen possible.
But this purports to be the solution to all things (except Celiac.). What do you think? Wander through the pages...
