Yeah, they have marked my file as urgent. So we're trying, they're trying. I called insurance today and my file has been sent to External Reviewer. I'm not sure what that means, but she did mention it's marked as EXPEDITED. Plus I'm a revision, which means, it takes even more time to get in.
