Today I have tripped and fallen, not once but twice! One could possible be blamed on the dog but the other was on a tiny patch of dirt in the middle of a paved road.

I'm wondering if my center of gravity is shifting and this is a normal post surgery phase.

I will say that falling at 280 is so much easier on the body than falling at 315. Well, it was never the falling that mattered, but the landing!

good point, Kathy!

Brandy, it could be a balance issue. try this: hold onto something sturdy (kitchen counter) and go up and down on your toes. if that's easy, go up on your heels. if you feel unsteady there are balance exercises you could do.

or it could just be a fluke.

I had balance issues after breast reduction surgery...in one day, everything changed. With WLS, not so much. I guess that's because even with a lot of weight lost, it happened over time.

So my guess is that weight loss may not be the only issue at play.

Today I had no issues. Must just have been the phase of the moon or something. I think for the next six months *everything weird* is going to be blamed on my WLS! :y4tsearch:
