Taste and Smell

I was horrified when my morning ambrosia (Starbux French Roast, heavily doused with 1/3 French vanilla creamer, 2/3 regular) made me want to hurl right after surgery. It took about 2 months for me before it suddenly smelled (and tasted) wonderful again.

I hated everything for about three months. No desire for food at all on any level. Everything repulsed me which meant my life was a series of half eaten egg cups of food. Soup...soup was good, especially tomato which in hindsight was due to tang and potassium...which had been fired out of my arse on multiple occasions. The first 3-6 months are hard but your taste does come back, your urges do too. You will see....you're in the zone.
