Last week: 168.8
This week: 166.6 (though I had a dip to 165.6 which was nice to see)

Good downward movement. I worked on closing my rings and did not get started on strength training which is annoying but that’s on me, for sure.

Once I get paid this week, hubby and I will be joining the gym at the university. It'll be 8 weeks for me by then so I'm going to slowly start back with weights. Plus, I'm going to restart Couch to 5k. I need to make my snacks more protein-based.

Good for you. Me and gyms don’t mix. My exercise was walking, home renovation, and yard work. But for those who do use gyms, I think it’s great.
