Probiotic With DS

@chevtow , the ONLY time I take any probiotic is 1) after taking an antibiotic that causes a bacterial imbalance (really stinky, clinging, Pepe le Pew type oil-slick-in-the-air farts), or 2) I eat something rotten and get sick. These have happened exactly twice in 5 years.

The one I took was Florastor.

This is good food for thought as the probiotics are expensive. I am just afraid to go without because I don't want any more gas. Mine is rarely "clear the room" type gas. We are going on a trip in March including a very long plane ride. I may try coming off after that.
