Just tell me how many BMI points you lost, like this:

SUBTRACT your Post-Op BMI.
Tell me the difference.
”WHY?” you ask. Well, because I never got to my “ideal” weight and sometimes that bugs me. But when I subtract my Post-Op BMI from my Pre-Op BMI, I realize that I dropped 20 BMI points, well, then I’m less depressed.
MY DIFFERENCE IS 19.9 BMI POINTS. I’m gonna call that “20.” (My lowest Post-Op BMI was 22 points less than my starting BMI.)
