Evening
2 calcium 300mg=600. 1 multi vit. 1 D3 50,000iu. 100,000 on Sat. and Sun.
Bed Time
2 calcium 300=600.1 vitK 1,000mcg. 1 multi vit

Your ferritin is fine. You want it above 100 but keep an eye on trends. It was a trend that I caught when mine dropped over 50 points between lab visits.
You hemoglobin and hemocrit are okay, but very close to the low end. Keep a good eye on those as well.
